General Product Questions
Are Alfa Vedic products available in stores?
No. We cater to our private clients directly, and allow health professionals and health spas to retail Alfa Vedic products on a case by case basis. We do not feel the retail health food stores a good fit for AV, and the time spent servicing such accounts would detract from quality time with our private clientele.
Are Alfa Vedic Products Certified Organic?
At AV our trusted relationships with growers and suppliers take precedence over government certifications that, unfortunately, do not assure quality. Our ingredients include certified organic, sources whose integrity can be vetted firsthand, and of course, homegrown herbs from our very own Alfa Vedic Botanical Gardens.
Are AV products safe to take when pregnant or nursing?
Any pregnant or nursing women should consult with a qualified Health Specialist experienced in the use of herbs and supplemental nutrition as it relates within the context of any unique circumstance.
Ordering
Can I order over the phone?
Because our operation is remote and off-grid, we currently don't take orders over the phone. If you are having issues ordering on the website, please email customersupport@alfavedic.com and we will assist you.
When will I receive my order?
Your Alfa Vedic.com shipment will be sent via USPS Priority Mail within 24-48 hours in receipt of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. If you order has shipped, we will need you to send the product back for a full refund or exchange. You can email our support at customersupport@alfavedic.com
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We currently only ship via USPS. Most orders take 3-5 days to ship once USPS has them.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
We apologize but currently, due to customs restraints, we only ship inside to US states and to Puerto Rico. We are working on extending our shipping capacity to other countries and will notify our customers once we have this setup again. Thanks for your understanding as we navigate this issue.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive damaged product or are not happy with your order, please email our customer support at customersupport@alfavedic.com and we will assist you with the return process.
Community Questions
Can I visit the Alfa Vedic Gardens?
Currently the AV Gardens are closed to the public. We occasionally host tours, workshops and small gatherings on location for our private co-op members. You can find out more info on this here.
